  • Reserve a space in the SVIA Golf Tournament!
  • SVIA’s Golf Tournament will be a scramble with teams of 3-4 held on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 14th. The entry fee is $275. Club and shoe rentals are also available. If you would like to request a separate invoice for the golf tournament fee, please contact events@stablevalue.org.
  • Shoe rentals are not available at The Woodlands.

  • SVIA’s Board of Directors’ meeting is a benefit of Association membership. Please be advised that attendance is limited to members of the Association.
  • SVIA advises you communicate any allergies directly to facility staff as well. Please leave blank if no special dietary restrictions apply.
  • We’re asking experienced industry members to help one new attendee navigate the conference by answering questions, showing them around, and introducing them to others at SVIA receptions. We’d really appreciate your help in making the association a more inclusive and welcoming environment!

    We may not have a new attendee for every volunteer, so there is a chance that we won't contact you to volunteer even if you have signed up.

  • Please read carefully as the room reservation procedure has changed.

    SVIA has reserved a limited number of rooms at the Woodlands Resort for Spring Seminar attendees at a special rate of $260. Room reservations will be made directly with the hotel using a special link that will be sent along with the confirmation email when you finish registering for the conference. To obtain SVIA’s rates and ensure you have lodging, please make sure you make your reservation immediately after signing up for the conference.

  • SVIA Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • SVIA works with hotels to provide sleeping rooms for members who travel to attend Association events. The Association negotiates and enters into contracts with these hotels to provide convenient, high-quality, comfortable, and economical sleeping rooms for the membership for our conferences.

    To provide these rooms at competitive rates, the Association must guarantee that a number of rooms will be filled by Association members. Typically, the Association’s room block rate has been anywhere from $100 to $300 less than the rates at the host hotel or in the area for comparable lodging.

    The Association has and will continue to work with host hotels to maximize members’ flexibility realizing that members’ plans are subject to change as well as to avoid attrition charges for the membership and the Association. Equally important to the Association is ensuring that the members who attend SVIA events do not pay for or subsidize this flexibility for those who make changes.

    Cancelled hotel fees will be deducted from the member’s paid registration fee for the SVIA event. Should cancelled hotel charges and SVIA’s administrative fee for cancelling registration and the hotel reservation exceed the registration fee for the SVIA event; the member’s credit card that is on file will be charged.

    SVIA SLEEPING ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY

    One night’s deposit will be forfeited on room cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of the conference unless the room reservation is able to be resold or used. No refunds will be given within 30 of the conference. SVIA is unable to give refunds for no-shows. All hotel room cancellations should be submitted in writing to SVIA via mail or fax. Refunds and or hotel room charges will be made after the conference.
