Demand has been incredibly high for the SVIA Spring Seminar this year and our room block is already fully committed for the event this April. If you haven’t yet had a chance to register, don’t despair! We’re taking names for a waitlist in the event space becomes available at the conference hotel, so sign up as soon as possible to be added to the list and we’ll allocate any openings on a first-come first-serve basis.
Rooms at the Ritz-Carlton in Rancho Mirage are almost sold out for the April 3-5 SVIA Spring Seminar. We’ll do our best to work with the hotel and ensure as many people as possible can stay at the conference hotel but all future hotel requests cannot be guaranteed until approved by the hotel 3-5 days after completing registration. Any requests that are unable to be honored will automatically be added to a wait list that will fill space as it becomes available on a first-come first-serve basis. Register as soon as possible to make sure you get a room in the conference hotel!
Now that winter has begun to get a bit colder the dates before and after SVIA’s Spring Seminar are filling up quickly as everyone looks forward to the warm California weather. If you’re planning to stay any extra days after the conference or to arrive a bit early and get settled, make sure you register as soon as possible to ensure availability at SVIA’s rate!
We’re gearing up for the SVIA’s Eleventh Spring Seminar and hope you’ll be able to join us in scenic Rancho Mirage California! A bit of a departure from our past east coast venues but we hope our members from the west coast appreciate the greatly reduced travel times and those of us still coming from the east will have a great time visiting such a great area. Registration opens today, so make sure you register as soon as possible to guarantee space at the conference hotel.
